Thank you for shopping with Hidden Wardrobe. We aim to provide a reliable and straightforward delivery service.
UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £40.
For orders of £40 or less, delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We aim to deliver UK orders within 5 working days of your order being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During particularly busy periods, delivery may take longer. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.
International Delivery
We also offer international shipping to selected destinations.
International delivery charges depend on the weight of your order and delivery destination. Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. Unless expressly included in your checkout total, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Hidden Wardrobe remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it, unless you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
