Has summer comes to a close and the nights draw in (even though we have had one of the hottest spells all summer lol ) we start thinking about putting away our little summer dresses, our shorts and suntan lotion and our thoughts turn to cooler days and unsettled weather, this is our transitional period a period where we start thinking about layering, light jackets and autumnal colours. I must admit I do quite enjoy the change over, not having to worry about every little piece of skin on show. Transitional to me means longer dresses, slightly bigger cardigans, oversized jumpers and hoodies, I must admit I love Bohemian fashion.
At Hidden Wardrobe we have been busy sourcing lots of products for the new season, delicate accessories, fabulous new jewellery, and love it or loathe it yellow gold fashion jewellery, is making a comeback, what do you think? I was never that keen but looking at the new designs they are stunning. Clothing is still very much the casual and contemporary ready-to-wear look, we have been sourcing those must-have basics that will adorn the season. Sourcing brands locally from around the UK is very important to us and where we can we love to use small independent suppliers, we pride ourselves on individuality but we do love our other brands from Italy and Paris, we do our very best to bring you exciting new lines as well as our timeless classics. Trailing around the trade shows is very tiring but also very exciting, its a time of year we always look forward to, looking for something new and different. NEC Birmingham was our first stop, then on to London to the trendy East End. After placing all our orders you might think we can sit back and rest (we wish) now the real fun begins, photographing, displaying and ensuring our website is ready and looks fabulous for you, all our amazing customers.
A very busy month but super exciting hope you love what we have chosen for you.
